Hello! I'm Mrs Collins, a British national and native Mandarin speaker fluent in both Mandarin and English. With over 15 years of teaching experience across international, independent, and grammar schools, I bring a deep passion for education and the expertise to help students of all levels achieve their Mandarin learning goals.

I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MA-TCSOL) and am fully certified with PGCE and QTS qualifications. My career has included serving as Head of Mandarin, and I currently teach at a grammar school, working with students from Year 7 to Year 13.

I specialise in preparing students for the GCSE and A level exams, boasting an exceptional success rate: 100% of my students achieve grades 7–9, with 96% earning grades 9/8. Additionally, I have extensive experience teaching the internationally recognised HSK 1–6 exams, where all my students have attained a 100% pass rate, with 92% earning Gold Certificates. As a Cambridge International IGCSE and Edexcel A-Level examiner, I bring an in-depth understanding of assessment criteria, giving my students a distinct advantage.
